She explained how Teresa Tapp developed the T-Tap system, a physical therapy approach to fitness without the use of weights, equipment or jumping. She explained that it is a system that is comprised of strength training, cardio, flexibility, core training and wellness building. She then asked for volunteers to assist her and our guest Debbie Connally joined Jane in a brief demonstration of the T-Tap workout. Debbie reported that it seemed very effective. Jane continued with a few more exercises then passed around some printed material while she showed some pages of before and after pictures of other T-Tap users. Many questions were asked and answered. Interest was very high.
